Caden turned six years old today! Time flies when you are having fun, right? He has been a range of emotions for us from day one. While Savannah was the easy going, happy baby and toddler, Caden was the exact opposite. But now that he's gotten older, he is such a happy-go-lucky kid. He loves life to the fullest and is never unhappy. It's funny how your children change as they get older and also how they each get their own, individual, unique personalities. While Savannah is a horrible liar, Caden is an excellent one. While Savannah has a tender heart and gets her feelings hurt easily, Caden is tough as nails and nothing seems to bother him.
Here are a few fun things about Caden:
His favorite colors are green and gold.
His favorite movie is Cars 2.
His favorite thing to play with is his racetrack.
He still loves any kind of car and will sit and watch speed channel like a grown man.
He is starting to enjoy watching football on television with his daddy.
He especially loves playing basketball.
He is enjoying Kindergarten, although, if you ask him, he'll say he doesn't like it. He seems to be doing very well (I knew he would), with the exception of penmanship. I guess if that's all I have to worry about, we're ok.
This little boy is the love of my life and I pray daily for him to grow into a young man that loves the Lord and that he will be a hard worker that does his best in everything.
