Savannah's First Day of School and other stuff....

First grade, here we come!
The first day of school went very smooth for all involved. It should be an interesting year to say the least! If I can get her to slow down and take her time on her work, I think we'll have made some progress. She is in such a hurry to finish first! Hmmmm, I wonder where she could have gotten that?
I also had to add a picture of Caden. He is such a cutie and growing up so fast. Sometimes, I wonder if I made the right decision to go back to teaching so soon. I almost feel as if I am cheating him out of time with his mother. I guess that is why we are supposed to 'cherish the moment', huh? Oh well, the decision has been made now and I still feel it was probably the right thing to do. My main goal for him right now is.....potty training! It is not going to be easy. I don't even know where to start with this kid. He shows no interest, but can tell me when he pees and poos. So I guess we're getting there. And so, on that note, I'll leave you now! Oh, this was my 200th post! WOW!

I know the feeling about being back at work. I feel the same way.

I really wasn't going back this year. I called my principal the week before preplanning and told her I was coming back. I am still having a hard time with it. Yes, cherish every moment. Those babies grow up way to fast.
